Jessica Crannaford – Staff Excellence Award
Jess offers outstanding service and support to all of our clients. Responsible for fielding incoming calls, supporting staff and being the all-round office superstar. She is always cheery and attacks each task with a positive outlook and nothing is ever too difficult. Any challenge she faces, is always sought with a resolution. Her initiative to research fields of unknown areas and always approaches tasks with an outcome in mind. Clients have commented to other staff that the receptionist is always so helpful. During the Christmas period, Jess stayed in the office supporting the Property Management Team to a high level and was able to help a particular tenant, who had moved from Sydney, gain access to a their property by having the gas & electricity meters at a brand new build installed sooner than the suggested time by Energy Australia. Her initiative and empathy for these tenants showed determination & gave the new tenants an overall positive customer experience with Professionals Modbury.
