Over the last 13 years, Rick Nieuwenhoven has helped hundreds of South Australians to invest in property. Rick is passionate about the Adelaide property market and is a key industry figure, on the board of directors for the FBAA and holds numerous financial qualifications, 10 years experience lecturing tertiary students in Adelaide, worked for international accounting firm KPMG, and is the founder of property and finance firms Nieuvision, Adelaide First Home Buyers and Property investment Adelaide. Rick also founded mortage business Loan Guides, which offers an exclusive 1.25% home loan rate to qualifying home owners.
